On the eve of the extraordinary European council of 22nd and 23rd November 2012 on the "Multiannual financial framework 2014-2020", we are sending you a selection of articles and studies that Notre Europe - Jacques Delors Institute has published on the Budget of the EU during more than a year.

These publications include in particular analyses and points of view that favour widened and constructive budgetary debate, recommendations on the perspectives of evolution of key sectorial spending (research, energy, external action) and also a more general call "to spent better together ".
