Think Global - Act European Thinking strategically about the EU's external action


This series of 5 policy papers is a contribution to the project Think Global – Act European (TGAE) Thinking strategically about the EU’s external action directed by Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute.

Following the publication over the past weeks of four other series of policy papers on hard security capacities, the EU’s neighbourhood, EU migration policy and EU strategic resources, the final report will be published in March 2013 (dir. by Elvire Fabry, Notre Europe – Jacques Delors Institute) and will present the key recommendations of the 16 European think tanks involved in the project:
