The yearly expenditure of the Jacques Delors Institute account for around 1,250 million euros.
Our expenditure is evenly divided into three main areas:
• Expenditure linked to our research activities represents approximately 33% of the total amount: this mainly corresponds to the remuneration of our research fellows, as well as expenses related to payment of external authors and the organisation of seminars;
• Expenditure linked to information dissemination activities represents 34% of the total amount: this corresponds to the remuneration of our team members in charge of activities that include dissemination, publishing, communication, and the organisation of public events, as well as translation and printing expenses;
• Expenditure linked to support activities and our day-to-day running represents 33% of the total amount: this mainly corresponds to the remuneration of our team members in charge of support functions (management, administration, etc.) as well as costs related to running our premises (mainly rent).
