António Vitorino, President of Notre Europe - Jacques Delors Institute and former European Commissioner for Justice and Home Affairs, takes a stand on four topical issues concerning the free movement of citizens and workers in the EU:

- The presence of Roma and their integration into the EU;

- The difference between the free movement of persons, the free movement of workers and the right of residence;

- The impact of the end of restrictions on the free movement of Bulgarian and Romanian workers;

- The possible entry of Romania and Bulgaria into the Schengen area.
